RESOLUTION NO. 496 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS <br /> ALTOS HILLS APPROVING CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS IN BOUNDARIES, <br /> PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ENGINEER'S REPORT. <br /> SEWER ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 5 <br /> RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos <br /> Hills , that <br /> WHEREAS, this Council did, on October 7 , 1968, adopt its <br /> Resolution of Intention No. 480 to acquire and construct <br /> public improvements in and for said City, and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council did, on November 18, 1968, adopt <br /> its Resolution No. 494 a Resolution of Intention to make <br /> changes and modifications in the boundaries , plans and speci- <br /> fications and Engineer 's report and appointing time and place <br /> of hearing in relation thereto and directing notice, and <br /> WHEREAS , notice was given of the time and place therein <br /> stated in the manner provided by law as appears from the <br /> affidavits on file in the office of the City Clerk, and <br /> WHEREAS, said matter regularly came on for hearing at <br /> the time therein fixed, and <br /> WHEREAS, all written protests and other written communi- <br /> cations were publicly read at said meeting and persons desiring <br /> to be heard were fully heard, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS : <br /> 1. That protests against said proposed changes and <br /> modifications were not signed by the owners of a majority of <br /> the area of lands to be newly included within the assessment <br /> district nor of the area of the lands within the assessment <br /> district nor of the area of lands within the assessment <br /> district assessed for the costs and expenses of said work. <br /> 2 .
