APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> 8.1 Approval of the November 12, 1997 minutes <br /> PASSED BY CONSENSUS: To approve the November 12 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. minutes <br /> with Commissioner Cheng abstaining. <br /> 9. REPORT FROM THE SITE DEVELOPMENT HEARINGS OF NOVEMBER 25 AND <br /> DECEMBER 9, 1997 <br /> 9.1 LANDS OF PEIRCE, 12008 Emerald Hill Lane (237-97-ZP-SD); A request for a <br /> Site Development Permit for a landscape and hardscape plan. Approved with <br /> conditions November 25, 1997. <br /> 9.2 LANDS OF WAI, 24940 Oneonta Drive (160-97-ZP-SD); A request for a Site <br /> Development Permit for a minor addition.
