The roadway through the site shall have a minimum width of twenty (20) feet. <br /> Vertical clearance shall be a minimum of thirteen feet six inches. Both dimensions <br /> shall be maintained. The driveway shall be designed and maintained to support <br /> the imposed loads of fire apparatus (40,000 pounds) and shall be provided with a <br /> surface so as to provide all-weather driving capabilities. <br /> 24. A private on-site fire hydrant shall be provided at a location to be determined by <br /> the Fire Department. Maximum hydrant spacing shall be 250 feet and the <br /> minimum flow hydrant shall be 1000 GPM at 20 psi residual pressure. (Note: <br /> The Fire Department has indicated that the hydrant is to be located near the east <br /> driveway alongside the multi-purpose building). The hydrant must be installed to <br /> the satisfaction of the Fire Department prior to framing construction. Bulk <br /> construction materials may not be delivered to the construction site until <br /> installation is completed as stated above. <br /> 25. When open gates shall not obstruct any portion of the required access roadway or <br /> driveway width. If gates are provided, all locks shall be Fire Department <br /> approved, and installations shall conform with Fire Department Standard Details <br /> and Specifications G-1. <br /> 26. The roadway through the site shall be marked as a "Fire Lane" per Fire <br /> Department specifications. <br /> Upon completion of construction, a final inspection shall be set with the Planning <br /> Department and Engineering Department at least two weeks prior to final building <br /> inspection approval. <br /> CONDITION NUMBERS 8, 9, 11, 13a, 14, 17, 18, 19, 20 AND 21 SHALL BE <br /> COMPLETED AND SIGNED OFF BY THE PLANNING DIRECTOR AND THE <br /> CITY ENGINEER PRIOR TO ACCEPTANCE OF CONSTRUCTION PLANS <br /> FOR PLAN CHECK BY THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT.
