ROLL CALL AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> The Planning Commission meeting was called to order at 6:40 p.m. in the Council <br /> Chambers at Town Hall. <br /> Present: Chairman Gottlieb, Commissioners Schreiner, Aurelio (arrived 6:50 p.m.) <br /> & Jinkerson <br /> Absent: Commissioner Cheng <br /> Staff: Curtis Williams, Planning Director; Sheryl Proft, Assistant Engineer; <br /> Suzanne Davis, Planner; Lani Smith, Planning Secretary <br /> 2. PRESENTATIONS FROM THE FLOOR <br /> PASSED BY CONSENSUS: To add a discussion regarding a letter from Betsy Bertram <br /> under NEW BUSINESS. <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> 3.1 LANDS OF RUTNER, 28500 Matadero Creek Lane (151-97- <br /> ZP-SD-GD); A request for a Site Development Permit for a new <br /> two-story residence, second unit, cabana and pool, with a total <br /> floor area of 7,507 square feet, and a Maximum height of 26 feet <br /> (continued from May 27, 1998). <br /> This item was introduced by the Planning Director who made two corrections to the report: <br /> (1) the square footage of the residence is actually 7,400 square feet; and (2) the revised <br /> development area is 11,299 square feet, not 12,999 square feet as indicated in the letter <br /> from the architect. He further provided an overview of the meeting with the applicants, <br /> their architect, and some of the Via Ventana neighbors. <br /> OPENED PUBLIC HEARING <br />
