Town of Los Altos Hills <br />Special Joint Meeting Minutes of the Town of Los Altos Hills <br />�w City Council and Finance and Investment Committee <br />Thursday, March 28, 2013 — 3:00 p.m. <br />Council Chambers <br />26379 Fremont Road <br />Los Altos Hills, California <br />CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />Mayor Waldeck called the City Council Special Meeting to order at 3:04 p.m. in the Council <br />Chambers at Town Hall. <br />City Council Members Present: <br />Mayor Gary Waldeck, Councilmember John Harpootlian, Councilmember Rich <br />Larsen, Councilmember Courtenay Corrigan (arrived at 3:32 p.m.) <br />Absent: Vice Mayor John Radford <br />Finance and Investment Committee Members Present: <br />Chair Jean Mordo, Vice Chair Allan Epstein (arrived at 3:08 p.m.), Committee <br />Members: Bill Silver, Jim Lai, Kjell Karlsson (arrived at 3:10 p.m.), Stanley Mok <br />(arrived at 3:05 p.m.), Roddy Sloss, Susan Mason <br />f4w Absent: Committee Member Frank Lloyd <br />Staff: City Manager Carl Cahill, Administrative Services Director Yulia Rasulova, <br />Finance Manager Richard Lee, City Clerk Deborah Padovan <br />IM <br />1. NEW BUSINESS <br />A. Study Session to Review Current and Future Projects of the Finance and Investment <br />Committee (FIC Chair: Jean Mordo) <br />The Finance and Investment Committee sought guidance from the City Council <br />regarding the following topics: <br />• Westwind Barn <br />Discussion regarding the Westwind Barn ensued.
