RESOLUTION PC 09-22 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS <br />HILLS APPROVING A SITE DEVELOPMENT PERMIT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF A NEW TWO-STORY RESIDENCE AT 25240 CANTATA WAY <br />WHEREAS, the Town of Los Altos Hills received an application for a Site Development <br />Permit (SD21-0104) from Deco Homes LLC for the construction of a new 7,551 square foot, two- <br />story residence with an attached garage, a swimming pool, spa, 1,114 square foot accessory <br />dwelling unit and related hardscape improvements at 25240 Cantata Way ("Project"); and <br />WHEREAS, the Project is exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental <br />Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15303(a) which exempts the construction of a new single <br />family residence, 15303(e) for the related hardscape improvements 15301(c) for the private <br />roadway fire access improvements; and. <br />WHEREAS, the Project application was processed in accordance with the applicable <br />provisions of the California Government Code and the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a duly noticed public hearing on the Project <br />on May 12, 2022 and considered all written documentation and public comments. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Planning Commission of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby <br />APPROVES the Site Development Permit (SD21-0104) subject to the findings and conditions <br />contained in Exhibits "A" and "B" and incorporated herein by reference. <br />The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by the Planning Commission of the <br />Town of Los Altos Hills at a special meeting held on the 12th day of May 2022 by the following <br />vote: <br />AYES: Indaco, Waschura, Couperus, Smith <br />NOES: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ABSENT: Patel <br />ATTEST: <br />wez.- <br />Sofia Mav;gaIVn <br />Planning Director <br />By: ,-C, <br />gitta Indaco, Chair <br />Resolution PC 09-22 Page I <br />
