1 �RDINANCE N0 .Ift AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ADOPTING BY REF- ERENCE CERTAIN PORTIONS OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, PERTAINING TO RABIES CONTROL, PRESCRIB= ING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 18. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. Each Rabies Control Operator appointed by the Director of Public Health, County of Santa Clara, State of California, pur- suant to Section 3.126-12 of Title 3 of the Santa Clara County Ordi- nance Code is hereby designated and empowered by the Town of Los Altos Hills with the same authority and power in the Town of Los Altos Hills as is vested in said Rabies Control Operator within the County of Santa Clara by the ordinances of the County of Santa Clara. SECTION II. The Town of Los Altos Hills does hereby adopt by reference those portions of the Santa Clara County Ordinance Code that pertain to the control of dogs and canines.
