1 �RDINANCE N0 .Ift <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ADOPTING BY REF- <br />ERENCE CERTAIN PORTIONS OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE COUNTY OF SANTA <br />CLARA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, PERTAINING TO RABIES CONTROL, PRESCRIB= <br />ING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 18. <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS DOES ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. Each Rabies Control Operator appointed by the Director <br />of Public Health, County of Santa Clara, State of California, pur- <br />suant to Section 3.126-12 of Title 3 of the Santa Clara County Ordi- <br />nance Code is hereby designated and empowered by the Town of Los Altos <br />Hills with the same authority and power in the Town of Los Altos Hills <br />as is vested in said Rabies Control Operator within the County of <br />Santa Clara by the ordinances of the County of Santa Clara. <br />SECTION II. The Town of Los Altos Hills does hereby adopt by reference <br />those portions of the Santa Clara County Ordinance Code that pertain <br />to the control of dogs and canines.
