Sherman (BSA -57-69) Building Site Approval. <br />Council concurred. <br />SCHEDULED ITEM NO. 1: <br />CONSIDERATION OF BIDS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF PURISSIMA ROAD PATHWAY. <br />Staff report was presented, noting the following bids were received: <br />Wenrick & Associates - $41,623.00 <br />M. J. Taaffe Co., Inc. - $47,214.50 <br />Perham Construction Co. - $55,105.60 <br />City Manager noted only $14,000.00 is available in the Path Construction Fund <br />and recommended that the City Council reject bids and direct the City <br />Manager to proceed with as much path construction or, a day -labor basis as <br />existing path funds allow. <br />-2- <br />
