Ordinance Nal. 102. <br />Commissioner Ashby repotted the Commission recommended <br />- <br />approdalof.theproposed Ordinance No. 102, with the excep- <br />tion that Section 4; Standards, <br />and:Conditions, be reworded <br />to=indlude provision for .per lot assessment". <br />It was discussed by the Councilthat since "per lot assess- <br />ment"'is still under consideration requiring considerable <br />study, that Ordinance No. 102 should be considered as proposed <br />and if per lot assessment is adoptedthe ordinance could <br />easily be amended. . <br />Councilman Aiken reported he had spoken With Commissioner Hibner <br />who has worked out a formula for ler lot assessment" that is <br />well worth studying and suggested a detailed discussion in <br />the near puture on this .matter. <br />The Second Reading of Ordinance No. 102was deferred to <br />"ORDINANCES" ontheAgenda. <br />OLD BUSINESS: <br />1. Planning Commission Appointments. <br />' ACTION: <br />That Commissioners Don T. Hibner and Melvin L. <br />Hawley be re -appointed to the Planning Cemmis- <br />sion for a term of four years. <br />MOTION: Henley; SECOND: Fowle <br />Motion and Second were .withdrawn and action deferredto end <br />of Agenda. <br />NEW BUSINESS: <br />1. Police Report -Councilman Aiken. <br />In studying the traffic problem in Los Altos Hills, Council- <br />man Aiken praised the present police coverage, however, he <br />contended there is a greater need for more police patrolling <br />-2- <br />
