Presentation from Victoria Dye on the Status of the Westwind Community Barn Victoria Dye provided a six month report on the status of the Westwind Community Barn. Administrative Services Director Yulia Carter presented the Town's current financial position at Westwind Community Barn. Council discussion ensued. No action was taken. 3. PRESENTATIONS FROM THE FLOOR Persons wishing to address the Council on any subiect not on the agenda may do so now. Please complete a Speaker Card located on the back table of the Council Chambers and submit it to the City Clerk. Comments are limited to two (2) minutes per speaker. California law prohibits the Council from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda. Under a Resolution previously adopted by the Council, such items can be referred to staff for appropriate action, which may include placement on the next available agenda. Ray Collins, Administrative Manager and District Secretary for the Purissima Hills Water District, provided statistics on water usage in Town. Ernest Solomon, Vice President, Purissima Hills Water District, stated that at the last Board meeting, the District adopted Resolution 2014-7, which implemented the State Water Resources Control Board's Emergency Water Conservation Regulations restricting outdoor usage. Joan Gates, Los Altos Hills, explained about a telephone scam relating to a PayPal Green Dot Money Pak. Carol Gottlieb, Los Altos Hills History Committee, invited the City Council to the September 21St presentation by two daughters of the Packard family.
