John Meyers, Bond Counsel with Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, LLP, stated <br />to the bonds are issued by Ca1PFA, and the Town is not involved beyond tonight. He <br />further stated that the Town has no liability on the bonds. <br />Council discussion ensued. <br />Seeing no one wishing to speak, Mayor Corrigan closed the Public Hearing. <br />MOTION MADE AND SECONDED: Mayor Corrigan moved to authorize the <br />Town to Join the Joint Powers Authority Related to the California Public Finance <br />Authority as an Additional Member.
