Generally, the sections of the Zoning and Site <br /> Development Codes utilized to evaluate new homes include floor and development area <br /> limitations, grading, height, setbacks, visibility, and parking requirements. In addition to <br /> the Zoning and Site Development Codes, the conditions of approval of the subdivision <br /> require that Building Coverage be reviewed as well as compatibility of size and <br /> architectural design with the existing houses within the subdivision. The conditions of <br /> the subdivision created an architectural review board which has reviewed and approved <br /> the design of the proposed residence, including the proposed map amendment to modify <br /> allowable development area. <br /> Section 9-1.1210 of the Subdivision Code allows for Final Map Amendments if the City <br /> Council fords that there are changes in circumstances which no longer make any or all of <br /> the conditions of the map appropriate and that the modifications do not impose additional <br /> burdens on the property owner.
